The Realtors company launches “Realtors Studio” service and aims to expand its business by 2026

The Realtors Company announced its expansion plan for 2026, which aims to triple its business, as this expansion is driven by launching a new specialized service, geographic expansion, enhanced sales and marketing capabilities within the Egyptian real estate market.

 

Amr Atef, the Realtors Chairman, assured that the company has developed a clear growth strategy based on three main pillars, first of which is the relocation to a new headquarters in the South 90th Street, which will contribute in expanding its client base and targeting a wider segment of real estate companies and developers.

 

He added that the second focus is launching a new service named “Realtors Studio”, which is specialized in creating and developing visual identities for real estate companies and new projects, including brand design, logos, promotional materials, signage, and outdoor advertising, besides developing integrated marketing plans aiming to offer real estate products to the market professionally, enhancing their chances of success and competitiveness.

 

He added that launching of Realtors Studio reflects the company’s commitment to provide unconventional services within the real estate sector, which includes real estate consulting, creative marketing, and brand building, supporting developers in achieving tangible results in sales and market presence.

 

He explained that the new service targets emerging real estate companies, as well as established entities seeking to representing themselves and developing their brand image to align with market changes and great competition.

 

He noted that the third focus of the company’s strategy is providing more specialized consulting and marketing solutions based on a deep understanding of the market and its needs, and linking visual identity to sales and marketing plans in a practical and direct way.

 

He pointed that 2026 represents a pivotal expansion phase in the company’s journey, with continued work on developing services and raising performance efficiency, which enhances its position as a strategic partner for real estate companies in various stages of their growth.
