“Reportage Properties” to organize the first sales event in Saudi Arabia

 

 

 

 

Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, is organizing a special sales day at the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, tomorrow, Saturday, May 27, which is the first sales activity organized by the company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The event includes a special offer on all the company’s projects, including a 10% discount, 10% down payment, and 1%  monthly installments until hand out.

The “Reportage Properties” portfolio includes 25 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.

Suleiman confirmed that the company continued works in all projects this year  according to the specified schedule, in addition to launching a new project “Bianca” in Dubai recently, which is the twenty-fifth project in their portfolio and the company’s fifth project in Dubai.

He pointed to Reportage’s interest in providing more attractive offers to investors, while providing easy payment methods, which is reflected in the continuous increase in the company’s sales locally and internationally.

Reportage Properties achieved sales  exceeded Dhs2.3bn in 2022, compared to sales of Dhs1.6bn  in 2021, a growth of 45%.

Suleiman stressed the keenness of “Reportage properties ” to continue launching new projects that meet the requirements of various segments of buyers .

Suleiman confirmed that the company continued works in all projects this year  according to the specified schedule, in addition to launching a new project “Bianca” in Dubai recently, which is the twenty-fifth project in their portfolio and the company’s fifth project in Dubai .”Bianca” includes 653 townhouses.

During the past year, Reportage Properties launched the “Verdana” , located within the Dubai Investments Park, which consists of 305 “townhouses” . It also launched the “Plaza” project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units, and the “perla1″ project. ” on Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to “Perla 2”, and adds 115 new housing units.

During 2022, the company launched its second project outside the UAE, which is the “Silvana” project in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, which provides 232 townhouses. This followed  launching “Montenapoleone” project in “Mostaqbal City” in New Cairo, Egypt in 2021 . The first phase of the project provides 1309 apartments and townhouses.

Suleiman pointed out that Reportage Properties is keen to implement all projects according to the specified time plans, which enhances investors’ confidence in the company’s projects.

During 2022, “Reportage Properties” managed to complete and hand out  3  projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, where the “Al Raha Lofts 1” in  Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi was handed out. The project  includes about 164 housing units.  “Al Waha Residence 1” project in Masdar City, provides 612 apartments.

The company also completed the first phase of the “Rakan Lofts” project, which was being developed in the “Dubailand” area in cooperation with the “Continental Investments” company, providing  about 349 residential villas.
