Sovana Group for Tourism Development, announced launching new units in “Diamond” project in Ras Sedr, with a total of 150 units of various sizes, and plans to deliver them within two years.

Consultant Engineer Abdel Hamid Al-Batsha, Sovana Group Chairman, assured that the company has a strong precedent since its establishment in 1998 in the field of construction, and succeeded during more than 20 years in implementing a distinguished number of projects, and acquired strong experiences that support its current projects and future expansions, stating that the volume of investment opportunities available in the real estate market is unprecedented, as a result of the current urban development.

He added that the company decided to expand its investments in Ras Sedr city as part of the state’s plan to develop South Sinai, where the company completed the implementation of the “Island” project on an area of ​​35 acres, which included the largest marina and a tourist walkway in Ras Sedr along 2500 meters, which was full operated and delivered to clients, and the company is also currently implementing its second project in Ras Sedr, which is “Diamond Resort”.

Eng. Mustafa Abdel Hamid, a member of the company’s board of directors, explained that the company’s success in its first project was the nucleus for launching its second project “Diamond” on an area of ​​50 acres, and the project is being implemented in 5 phases, with a construction ratio of 20% and the rest are various services, landscapes and lagoons, where the company keens to implement an integrated project that includes all the elements of luxury and comfort for clients.

He pointed out that the implementation rate in the first three phases of the project reached 90%, and the implementation of the fourth phase of the project is underway, noting that it is planned to deliver the units within two years, as part of the company’s plan to adhere to the implementation dates and delivery to its clients, and the fifth phase of the project includes hotel units and 4 stars hotel.

Ibrahim Attia, head of the company’s sales sector, noted that the project is one of the distinctive signs in Ras Sedr, which includes a variety of services and units for clients with various sizes, besides the project includes the longest beach in Ras Sedr along 3200 meters, on an area of 200000 square meters, in addition to Crystal Lagoon 2 with an area of ​​5,000 meters per lake.

He added that the project’s new phase that is being launched, includes 150 units of various sizes, and each phase of the project includes 4 swimming pools, aqua park, landscape and a variety of services for clients, and the company undertakes the implementation, finishing and management of the project after operation, in order to maintain the quality of the project and its investment value for clients.
