is preparing to launch its second projects in the Administrative Capital in the most distinguished areas, as part of its plans to expand in the Egyptian market and pump more investments in support of the state’s plans for urban development, especially after its great success in its first projects in the New Administrative Capital, as one of the leading companies in real estate development field.

For his part, Eng.Nasser El Tabakh, Chairman of Al Naser Developments, said that the Company has a national vision and strategy that aims to expand its investment in the Egyptian market, to align with the state’s plans for urban expansion, and support major national projects, especially the New Administrative Capital, which achieved a construction and urban boom that impressed the whole world.

He added that the company is preparing to launch its second project in the Administrative Capital, which is a commercial, medical, administrative project, in the most distinguished areas of the Administrative Capital, with investments up to one billion pounds.

He pointed that Al Naser Developments has a strong business precedent, whether inside or outside Egypt, with experience exceeds 30 years in the construction sector.

“Golden Tower 1” project is regarded the company’s first project in the New Administrative Capital, which is a multi-use project in MU 23 one of the most prestigious areas, and about 95% of the project has been completed and sold.

He pointed that the second project includes various units (commercial – administrative – medical) fully finished, in the most important investment site, on Al Amal axis, overlooking three main axes and near the Sports City, the German University, and the project on an area of ​​​​6 thousand meters with investments up to one billion pounds.

The company contracted with Ahmed Esmail to head the company’s commercial sector, as part of its plans to benefit from distinguished competencies and expertise in a number of sectors to align with the company’s future plan and strategy to expand in the Egyptian market, and to launch a distinctive package of new projects.

Esmail has great experience in real estate development field, that extends for more than 13 years, and has many distinguished contributions in supporting and developing the work of a number of companies with prominent names in the Egyptian market.
