Mastro Mall project is a distinctive landmark in New Capital’s Downtown area and achieves the highest investment returns for clients, says Waleed Shouman

Marota Developments, one of the major real estate companies, is launching the third phase of its Mastro Mall project, in the most distinguished areas at New Administrative Capital, within days, after the great success and demand on the project’s first and second phases, with a selling value worth EGP 220m.
CCO at Marota Developments Waleed Shouman said that the third phase of the project includes a distinguished group of units with various sizes that meet aspirations and desires of customers,.
Shouman pointed out that the project covers an area of 5,250 sqm, with investments close to EGP 800m, with 19,000-sqm built-up area including two basements, a ground floor and five repetitive floors.
