SehaOne Partners with BUE’s School of Continuing Education to Launch Specialized Health Insurance Programs in Egypt

SehaOne, a leading digital health insurance management solutions company, has announced a strategic collaboration with the School of Continuing Education (SCE) at the British University in Egypt (BUE) to support capacity building and professional development in Egypt’s health insurance management sector. The partnership aims to deliver specialized training programs that contribute to human capital development while supporting innovation, scientific research, and community service.
The cooperation protocol was signed between the British University in Egypt, represented by Prof. Mohamed Lotfy Ibrahim Lotfy, President of the University, and Dr. Mohamed ElShabrawy, CEO and Co-Founder of SehaOne.
The partnership is among the first collaborations of its kind to bring together the academic and health insurance sectors in Egypt, with the objective of developing qualified professionals capable of meeting market demands and contributing to the advancement of the health insurance and healthcare industries.
The cooperation protocol encompasses a range of joint initiatives aimed at developing professional competencies and enhancing specialized knowledge within the health insurance sector. These include the design, development, and implementation of specialized training programs in health insurance management, contributing to the upskilling of existing professionals and the preparation of a new generation of qualified specialists equipped to meet evolving market needs.
The collaboration also includes conducting applied studies and market research related to health insurance, claims management, and risk analysis, in addition to organizing awareness campaigns and educational seminars to promote health insurance literacy and highlight the importance of continuous professional development within the sector.
Furthermore, the partnership extends to sponsoring and organizing conferences and industry events focused on health insurance and healthcare management. It will also provide practical training opportunities from SehaOne and its extensive partner network of insurance broker companies and healthcare providers, enabling them to gain hands-on experience and exposure to industry best practices in real-world work environments.
